摘要
目的了解"6S"管理方法在边疆三级甲等医院护理管理中的应用效果。方法对病区环境进行现场调查评估,结合边疆地区三级甲等医院现状,运用"6S"管理方法对病区环境、护士仪表仪容、药品管理、办公室管理、表格书写、基础护理、仪器设备、治疗室管理、服务态度和护理安全等10个方面进行考核评价。结果自实施"6S"管理法以来病人投诉逐年下降,2005~2007年病人投诉分别为31起、30起和18起;实施"6S"管理法2年来,病人和医护人员对护理工作的满意度逐年提高。结论"6S"管理方法能有效解决工作场所凌乱和无序的状况,并能有效提升个人行为能力与素质,对提高护理人员的素质和护理质量起着积极的推动作用。
Objective To explore the applied effectiveness of "6S" method in nursing management in Grade A hospitals of frontier areas. Methods The hospital environment was investigatodonthe spot. "6S" method was applied to assess the hospital environment, nurses' appearance, drug control, office management, form writing, basic nursing, instrumentation, treatment room management, service attitude and nursing safety. Result Since "6S" method was applied, patients' complaints was reduced, form 31 episodes in 2005 to 18 episodes in 2007, and patients' satisfaction rates were improved year by year. Conclusion "6S" method, which applied in the environment and behavioral construction, can effectively solve the problems of messy workplaees, increase individual's ability, and thus improve the nursing quality.
