摘要
目的评价手术治疗对非病灶性难治性颞叶癫痫的疗效。方法对35例非病灶性难治性颞叶癫痫的手术效果行回顾性分析。结果随访1～4年,疗效按Engel的标准评定,35例中I级23例(65.7%),Ⅱ级4例(11.4%),Ⅲ级5例(14.3%),Ⅳ级3例(8.6%)。总有效率为91.4%,效果优良率为77.1%。结论外科手术治疗药物难治性颞叶癫痫是一种安全、有效的方法,对致痫灶的精确定位和彻底处理是提高疗效的关键。
Objective To evaluate the effect of operation on non - lesional refractory temporal lobe epilepsy. Methods The operation results in 35 patients with intractable temporal lobe epilepsy were retrospectively analyzed. Results One to four years of follow -up, according to the efficacy of Engel＂s criteria, 35 cases of Grade Ⅰ in 23 cases （65.7%） , Grade Ⅱ in 4 cases （ 11.4% ） , Grade Ⅲ in 5 cases （ 14.3% ）, Grade Ⅳ in 3 cases（8.6% ）. The total effective rate was 91.4 percent, the effect of the fine was 77.1 percent. Conclusion Operation is a safe and efficient way to treat intractable temporal epilepsy , and it is critical step to resect epileptogenic lesion completely after locating it accurately.
