摘要 小洼油田属深层特稠油油藏,经高轮次注蒸汽吞吐开采,指进和超覆通道已经形成,底部原油物性变差,残余油饱和度增加,地层存水率升高,油井普遍高含水。为了提高油汽比,改善吞吐效果,应用了调剖、封窜、助排和降粘等单一技术,但随着油田开发时间的延长,单一技术措施效果逐渐变差。为此新近研制出调堵排一体化复合技术,该技术经室内研究,并在35井次的矿场试验应用中,取得了较好的增产效果。 After the exploitation of high turn steam soak in Xiaowa oilfield,consisting of deep pools of extremely heavy oil,the fingering and overlapping passage have come into being.The physical properties of crude oil at the bottom become bad; the saturation of residual oil increases;the injection water retaining in reservoir rises;and the oil well contains high content of water.To enhance the oil-gas ratio and the effect of steam soak,individual technique such as profile controlling,sealing,cleanup and viscosity reduction is applied. However,as the extension of development,individual technique results in more and more bad effect.For this reason, an integrated technology of controlling-choking-flowing is manufactured and applied in 35 well times,obtaining a good effect of yield increase.
