摘要
低品位的钙基膨润土经过深加工改性后可以得到高性能、高附加值的膨润土。在对鄂州梁子湖矿区的膨润土原矿进行X射线衍射和多项性能测试分析的基础上,用Li2CO3作为改性剂,对梁子湖矿区的钙钠基膨润土进行了锂化改性。以胶质价、膨润值、膨胀容为改性后的锂基土性能指标,重点考查了锂化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间等因素对改性效果的影响,结果表明,经过锂化后的膨润土性能有了很明显的提高。
By the further processing, the low-grade Ca-bentonite can be modified into the high- grade and high added-value bentonite. The data from bentonite raw ore of Liangzi lake ore district in Ezhou was gathered. By X-rays, performance tests and the modifier-Li2CO3, the Na/Ca bentonite raw ore was modified into Li Bentonite. Using colloid index, swelling value, swelling volume as the performance index, it was found that these performance index influences on Li-modification boneonite by analyzing the lithiation concentration, the reaction temperature and the reaction time. It proves that the Li-modification boneonite has the greatly improved after Li-modification.
