摘要
本文通过对首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院(第四临床医学院)2003级七年制临床医学专业43名学生考试焦虑状况的调查与分析,明确了学生考试焦虑的内在影响因素,进而为缓解学生考试焦虑制定心理干预措施,为维护学生心理健康提供帮助。采用Zung于1971编制的焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)对心理干预前后学生的考试焦虑状况进行了调查,采用SPSS10.0统计软件对调查数据进行处理。结果表明,两组数据显著性概率Sig.(2-tailed)为0,表明心理干预前后统计数据结果之间的差异具有显著统计学意义,即适当的干预可以有效缓解学生的考试焦虑。
Through surveying and analyzing the anxiety situation before examination of 43 medical students on seven-year program from Capital Medical University Forth Clinical School, the authors definitely point out the internal factors on examination anxiety of the students. Psychological intervention measurements are given to reduce examination anxiety, which is very helpful to maintain psychological health of the students. Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) edited by Zung in 1971 is used in the statistic and test is done through SPSS 10.0. The result shows that the difference between the results before and after psychological intervention is statistically significant. It means that proper intervention can reduce the student examination anxiety effectively.
