摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定茜草饮片中大叶茜草素的含量,并对26份茜草饮片中大叶茜草素的含量进行测定。方法:采用GracesmartRP C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(80∶20),流速1.0mL·min-1,柱温40℃,检测波长为270nm。结果:大叶茜草素的线性范围为0.11~0.98μg,相关系数为0.9995,平均回收率(n=9)为97.9%。结论:本方法简单、快速,重复性好,可以作为茜草饮片中大叶茜草素的含量测定方法。本研究为合理制定茜草饮片的质量标准提供数据支持。
Objective:To develop a new HPLC method to determine the content of rubimaillin in Chinese herbal pieces of Radix et Rhizome Rubiae.Methods:Gracesmart RP C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column was employed with methanol-water(80∶20)as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the column temperature was set at 40 ℃,and detection wavelength was set at 270 nm.Results:The linear range of rubimaillin was 0.11-0.98 μg,the correlation coefficient was 0.9995 and the average recoveries(n=9)was 97.9%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and reliable,which can be regarded as a reasonable method for determining the content of rubimaillin in Chinese herbal pieces of Radix et Rhizome Rubiae.The results can be supported as data bases for developing quality specification of Chinese herbal pieces of Radix et Rhizome Rubiae.
