摘要
采用模拟焊接热循环及热塑性拉伸试验研究了X70级管线钢的焊接裂纹敏感性参数,评判了X70级管线钢的焊接热裂纹敏感性。结果表明,X70级管线钢的热塑性良好,焊接热裂纹倾向为稍敏感(其脆性温度区间为60℃),特别是在焊接正火区的热裂倾向相对较大。最后指出,在现场焊接时,应尽量采用小的热输入量,并控制焊接热影响区的峰值温度过高,避免焊接热影响区裂纹的产生。
Adopting simulation welding thermal cycle and thermoplastics tensile test, it studied welding crack sensitivity parameter of X70 grade pipeline steel, and judged welding thermal cycle sensitivity of X70 grade pipeline steel. The results showed thermoplastics of X70 grade pipeline steel is good ,the trend of welding thermal crack is close to slight sensitivity { temperature range of brittleness is 60 ℃ ) , particularly, the trend is relative great in welding normalizing zone. At last this article gave that it should adopt less heat input in site welding,and control peak temperature in welding heat affect zone to avoid occurring crack.
