摘要
目的:测定氨苯砜脂质体凝胶透皮吸收性。方法:采用Franz垂直扩散池,测量氨苯砜凝胶,2%、5%氨苯砜脂质体凝胶的透皮吸收量。结果:2%氨苯砜脂质体凝胶>5%氨苯砜普通凝胶>5%氨苯砜脂质体凝胶。结论:2%氨苯砜脂质体凝胶可以显著改善氨苯砜透皮吸收效果,为氨苯砜脂质体凝胶的制备提供了依据。
Objective: To determine the cutaneous penetrance of dapsone liposomal gel in vitro. Methods: Franz diffusion cell method was used to measure the cutaneous permeation of dapsone gel, 2 % dapsone liposomal gel and 5% dapsone liposomal gel. Results: 2% dapsone liposomal gel had the best cutaneous permeation in vitro, followed by the general dapsone gel and 5% dapsone liposomal gel. Conclusion: 2% dapsone liposomal gel can improve the effect of cutaneous penetrance of dapsone, which provides a basis for the preparation of liposomes gel.
