摘要
将灰色系统理论中的灰关联分析方法与可靠性理论中的故障树分析方法结合,引入到煤矿铁路巡道员伤亡事故的分析诊断中,通过计算故障树底事件结构中的重要度以及灰关联度的计算和排序,对煤矿铁路巡道人员被机车车辆撞轧故障树分析中各种故障模式发生可能性的大小进行了分析判断,在13个底事件构成的24个最小割集中,气候条件恶劣最易产生寻道员伤亡事故,曲线地段或臆测行事也较易产生巡道员伤亡事故,从而为准确预防事故的发生提供了理论依据,计算实例表明,这种方法行之有效,诊断结果可靠。
This paper introduces a new method for the analysis diagnosis of the casualty accident of mining area roundsman , based on combinition of the grey correlation analysis of grey system theory with the fault tree analysis of reliability theory. By calculating and ranking the importance of fault tree structure and grey relational grade, the method involves the estimation for the possibility value of various fault modes in the fault tree analysis of the casualty accident in which mining area roundsman is bumped by engine and vehicle. Of minimal cut sets in the 24 focus consisting of the 13 bottom events, harsh climatic conditions are most likely to produce casualties, and the curve lot or speculation action is also more responsible for casualties rapporteur. The conclusion provides a scientific basis for predicting and preventing the accidents. A diagnosis example shows the method is effective, and diagnosis result is reliable.
