重整装置通过置换新型催化剂达到扩能增效

摘要 中国石化天津分公司对重整装置主要部件未作更动,只对如加热炉炉管、冷凝设备和精馏塔塔盘等少数辅助设备进行更新、扩容,主要技术措施是反应器催化剂全部置换为PS-Ⅵ,利用其低积炭、低氢碳分子比、高空速、高选择性等特性扩能30%,并增产高附加值组分。经过长周期工业运行证明扩能改造成功,重整装置年增效益2亿元,装置能力由60万t/a扩至80万t/a。 The article analyzed the operational aspect for Tianjin Ps-Ⅵ catalyst industry from the reactivity performance, reforming unit and catalyst running status, etc. Through the analysis, it proposed the primary factor effeeting catalyst movement conditions, as well as the question restricting installment bottleneck and facing questions. The analysis has provided the basis in order for the high strict scale division of reforming reaction, the steady movement of the full load, displaying the catalyst performance fully, raising the equipment benefit and the aromatic yield to 800 kt/a from 600 kt/a.
