摘要
针对汽车典型冲压件单曲度扁壳,建立其冲压模型,应用Dynaform的数值模拟技术对高强度钢板BIF340的成形性能进行了研究。结果表明,用高强度钢BIF340代替St14成形汽车冲压件,通过反复优化工艺参数,高强度钢表现出了良好的成形性,并且所成形零件的厚度分布均匀性得到改善。同时还可知用高强度钢BIF340代替St14成形汽车冲压件,压边力需要变小,冲压速度变小,零件厚度变薄。
For the typical pressing curve shell in cars, the pressing model is built up. With the Dynaform simulation technology, the forming properties of the high strengthen steel plate BIF340 are studied and the results show that BIF340 can replace Stl4 as the car pressing unite. Through the repetitive parameters optimization, the good shaping features of the high strengthen steel are shown and the thickness distribution of the unit is even. When BIF340 replaces St14, the pressing force should be less, so the pressing speed. Correspondingly, the thickness of the unit is getting thinner.
