针刺内关穴对正常麻醉大鼠血压的调节作用 被引量:9

摘要 目的采用不同手法手针刺激大鼠前肢内关穴,观察分析针刺引起的血压波动效应。方法正常雄性SD大鼠腹腔注射2%戊巴比妥钠后微量注射泵给予1%戊巴比妥钠PBS溶液(0.75~1mL/h)持续静脉麻醉,在人工呼吸及恒定体温控制条件下,对动物进行左侧内关穴的手针手法刺激。手法刺激分为捻转、提插和捻转加提插三种,频率均为1Hz,持续30s。手法刺激同时通过大鼠右颈动脉插管记录平均动脉压变化。部分动物进行迷走神经切除和颈部(C2)脊髓横切术。结果上述三种手法针刺大鼠内关穴均能引起大鼠平均动脉压下降(P<0.05),且此效应在迷走神经切除后更为明显。其中提插手针组和捻转加提插手针组降压效应强于捻转手针组降压效应。而行脊髓横切术后上述效应消失。结论手针刺激正常大鼠内关穴能够引起大鼠平均动脉压下降,手针信号的中枢降压作用部位可能位于脊上中枢水平。 Objective To investigate the fluctuation effect on blood pressure of different manipulations of acupuncture at point Neiguan(PC6) on rat's forelimb. Methods Normal male SD rats were given continuous venous anesthesia by administration of 1% pentobarbital sodium solution (PBS) (0.75-1 ml/h) with a microinjector pump following intraperitoneal injection of 2% pentobarbital sodium, Under artificial respiration and thermostatic control, animal left point Neiguan was stimulated by manipulation of acupuncture. The manipulative stimulation was classified into three types: twirling, lifting-thrusting and lifting-thrusting plus twirling The stimulation lasted 30 s with a frequency of 1Hz. Mean arterial pressure was recorded through rat fight carotid catheter during the manipulative stimulation. Vagectomy and cervical (C2) spinal transection were performed in part of the animals. Results All the above three manipulations of acupuncture at point Neiguan decreased rat mean arterial pressure (P〈0.05). That effect was more marked after vagectomy. The hypotensive effect was more noticeable in the lifting-thrusting and lifting-thrusting plus twirling groups than in the twirling group. The above effect disappeared after transection of spinal cord. Conclusion Manual acupuncture stimuli to point Neiguan can reduce mean arterial pressure in normal rats. The central position of the hypotensive action of manual acupuncture signal may be at the superspinal level.
