本文从图书馆的管理工作、图书馆员和读者三个基本要素入手,论述了高校图书馆在开展服务创新活动中,应进行的服务理念、机制、内容和方式的创新,论述了实现服务创新的前提、关键和落脚点。
From the management of library, librarians and readers, the article discusses in services and innovative activities of the University library, service concept, mechanism, content and mode of innovation should be carried out. It discusses the prerequisite for the realization of service innovation, the key and the end result.
