稻根霉菌丝体表面印迹吸附剂对Cr^6+的吸附特性研究 被引量:6

摘要 真菌菌丝体对重金属离子具有较好的吸附作用;壳聚糖(chitosan)是甲壳素部分或全部脱去乙酰基后得到的产物,对金属离子也具有较强的吸附特性[1]。采用壳聚糖对稻根霉(Rhizopus oryzae)菌丝体进行表面分子印迹,并研究了根霉菌丝体壳聚糖表面印迹吸附剂对Cr6+(铬)的吸附性能和影响因素。结果表明:最佳吸附pH值为3.5~4.0;在初始浓度为200mg·L-1时,动态吸附15h达到饱和,吸附容量为45mg·g-1;在初始浓度为600mg·L-1时,24h静态吸附达到饱和,吸附容量为55mg·g-1;研究结果为综合利用根霉工业发酵中的废弃菌丝体,以及菌丝体表面印迹吸附剂在重金属污水处理方面的应用提供了科学依据。 Chitosan partly deacetylated or totally deacetylated product of chitin, has strong adsorption to heavy metal ions. Chitosan was added to Rhizopus oryzae mycelium to make surface molecular imprinting absorbent to study its adsorption characteristics of Cr^6+ and its influenced factors. The results indicated that the best adsorption pH value was 3.5-4.0. When the initial concentration was 200mg.L^-1, t was saturated after dynamic adsorbtion of 15h and adsorption capacity was 45mg.g^-1 When the initial concentration was 600mg.L^-1~, saturated adsorption capacity was 55mg.g^-1 after static adsorption of 24h. The results provided scientific basis for both comprehensive utilization of industrial fermentation abandoned mycelium and the application of mycelium surface imprinting absorbent in heavy metal sewage treatment.
