冠心病与尿酸、C-反应蛋白、总胆红素的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨血清尿酸(UA)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)和总胆红素(TBIL)与冠心病的关系.方法:正常对照组159名,CHD患者180名,采用OLYMPUS AU-400全自动生化分析仪测定空腹血清尿酸(UA)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血清总胆红素(TBIL)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C).将CHD组分为单支和多支病变组与对照组比较.结果:CHD组UA、CRP、TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而HDL-C、TBIL则明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多支病变组与单支病变组比较逐渐升高,而HDL-C、TBIL逐渐降低(P<0.05).结论:高水平UA和CRP可能是导致CHD的重要因素,低血清TBIL水平可能是CHD的危险因素之一,通过血清UA、CRP、TBIL等生化指标的综合测定可间接评估患者冠状动脉病变的严重程度.
