摘要
利用循环伏安法(CV)将孔雀石绿(MG)修饰于玻碳电极(GCE)表面,制备出聚孔雀石绿薄膜修饰电极(简称PMGE).利用循环伏安法,研究了PMGE对DL-酪氨酸电催化作用,建立了一种对DL-酪氨酸进行定量分析的新方法.在0.2mol/LKH2PO4-Na2HPO4(pH=6.86)缓冲溶液中,DL-酪氨酸的浓度在6.3×10-5mol/L^3.2×10-4mol/L范围内与氧化峰电流呈现出良好的线性关系,线性相关系数γ=-0.9989,检测限可达8.0×10-6mol/L.8次样品平行测定结果的相对标准偏差不大于2.1%,样品回收率在98.2﹪~105.3﹪之间,可用于实际样品中DL-酪氨酸的定量分析.
Malachite green was modified on the surface of glass carbon electrode by cyclic voltammetry(CV), to prepare the poly(malachite green) film modified electrode(PMGE). The electrocatalysis reaction of PMGE on DL-Tyrosine was studied by CV, a new method of determining DL-Tyrosine was set up. In 0.2 mol/L KH2PO4-Na2HPO4(pH=6.86) system, the oxidation currents were linear for concentration of DL-Tyrosine in the ranges of 6.3×10^-5 mol/L - 3.2×10^-4 mol/L, r=0.999 0, with detection limit of 8.0×10^-6 mol/L. RSD=1.9%(n=8), and the recovery is 98.2%- 105.3%. The PMGE can be used to determine concentration of DL-Tyrosine in real samples.
