摘要
目的:观察3种镇痛方法在分娩中的效果比较。方法:将2007～2008年在我院分娩的足月单胎初产妇160例,随机分成4组(A、B、C、D4组),A组采用1%罗哌卡因+1.5mg/ml、芬太尼混合液硬膜外麻醉给药,B组给予氯化亚氮,疼痛时面罩吸入给药,C组用双氯芬酸钠栓50mg塞肛,同时肌内注射或静脉推注地西泮10mg,D组未镇痛,阴道自然分娩。结果:4组镇痛质量分数:A组>B组=C组<D组,第一产程活跃期时间:A组≈B组≈C组<D组,出现头痛、下肢运动障碍、麻木、肌无力、恶心、呕吐等不良作用,A组>B组≈C组>D组,新生儿阿氏评分、宫缩、胎心音、阴道出血,4组间比较差异无显著性。结论:3种镇痛方法中镇痛效果A组有优势,B与C组效果差异无显著性。
Objectlve ：To compare the three analgesia methods in delivery.Methods：In 2007-2008,160 cases of single full-term birth primigravida were randondy divided into 4 groups, 28 eases in each group.Group A was given with ropivacaine＋fentanyl mixture extraduraUy, Group B was given with inhalation drug while paining, group C with dielofenae sodium 50 mg suppository into the anus, while intramuscular injection or intravenous injection of diazepam 10 mg,group D without analgesic and with vaginal spontaneous labor.Results ：The analgesic mass fraction of A, B, C, D groups was group A〉group B=group C〈group D.Headaehes ,lower limb movement disorder, or numbness, weakness, nausea, vomiting, and other side effects were group A〉group B ≈ group C〉group D.Nconatal Apgar score, contraction,fetal heart tone,vaginal bleeding showed no significant difference in 4 groups.Conclusion：The analgesic effect of group A has advantages, B and C groups have no singnifieant difference.
