摘要
针对连铸过程浸入式水口的堵塞情况,研究了铝锆碳复合浸入式水口堵塞的形成机理。堵塞沉积主要是由于氧化物颗粒附着到浸入式水口耐火材料的内表面,继而烧结在一起所致。
The clogging mechanism of A2O3-ZrO2-C based submerged nozzle was investigated in the light of clogging condition of submerged nozzle in the process of joint casting. The clogging was mainly due to the attachment of oxide particles onto the inner surface of the submerged nozzle followed by sintering.
