摘要
目的:了解患者群体对自身疾病的知识掌握程度,发现患者在自我保健管理中存在的问题,建立真正行之有效的相应措施和对策。方法:向冠心病、糖尿病、脑卒中、慢性肾病、原发性高血压等内科常见慢性疾病的患者发放相关保健知识的调查问卷,收回有效问卷244份,对被调查群体在对自身疾病的发生、发展、治疗、预后、自我护理、饮食、生活注意事项等相关知识的了解程度,有关自身疾病知识的学习途径及在自我护理和保健中患者群体需要医护人员给与哪些帮助等内容进行统计分析,并提出相应的保健对策。结果:被调查群体对自身疾病相关知识的了解程度的调查显示以一般性了解为主,对相关保健知识的获得主要是通过与医务人员的沟通、电视健康节目和朋友间的相关交流,被调查群体的绝大部分尚未掌握上网等现代通讯手段。结论:提高患者群体保健知识的最关键环节是以医务人员为主的宣传普及、护理监控及跟踪服务。
Objective To understand the knowledge control status in patient population, find out the questions in self - health control, and carry out effective countermeasures. Method The investigation questionnaire were given to patients with coronary heart disease, diabetes, apoplesy, chronic nephrophthy, primary hypertension, etc. The availability questionnaire was 244 pieces. The understanding degree of occurrence, development, treatment, prognosis, self- nursing and diet in patients about the diseases, the way getting the knowledge about the disease, and the help from the doctors and nurses were analyzed. Results The understanding degree of patients about their self disease was mainly primary realization. They mostly got the knowledge from doctors and nurses, TV program, and communication with friends. Conclusion The key to improve the health knowledge in patient population is the education from doctors and nurses, nursing monitor and follow - up service.
