摘要
目的:探讨多发性骨折的诊治对策。方法:总结分析68例多发性骨折的诊治过程。结果:5例死亡;56例在生命体征平稳的前提下进行骨折内固定手术,恢复理想;另7例因年龄、全身情况差等原因行外固定或牵引治疗。结论:早期手术治疗可有效地减少并发症,降低死亡率。对开放性骨折必须保证有效、彻底地清创及维持局部良好的血运。
Objective： To discuss the strategies on the diagnosis and therapy of multiple fractures. Methods： Totally 68 cases of multiple fractures were treated from January. 2001 to December 2007 in our hospital. The experiences of diagnosis and therapy were summafised. Results： 5 of 68 patients died ,56 patients were retorted ideally after fracture internal fixtion. 7 patients were treated with external fixtion or traction because of old age and bad body condition. Conclusion ： The early stage surgery can reduce the incidence of complication and decrease the mortality obviously, and it is necessary for open fracture that thoroughly effective cleaning and local good blood circulation.
