摘要
以甲醛、苯酚、硼酸和二元胺为原料合成了含硼苯并噁嗪树脂(BBZ)。采用核磁共振仪、红外光谱仪、DSC及TGA分析研究了BBZ树脂的结构,树脂及其固化物(PBBZ)的热性能,并对树脂溶液和浸胶布的性能以及层压板的力学和电性能进行了测试。结果表明,BBZ具有较好的热稳定性;PBBZ的玻璃化温度(Tg)为183℃,并具有优良的热分解稳定性,5%热失重温度为423℃,800℃残炭率为65%。其层压板具有较好的热态保持率(180℃为74.5%,200℃为58.9%),燃烧等级达到V-0级,同时具有较好的电性能和力学性能。
The boron -modified benzoxazine was synthesized by formaldehyde, phenol, boric acid and diamine. The stucture of BBZ, the thermal property of BBZ and its cured resin( PBBZ)were investigated by ^1H -NMR, FT- IR, DSC and TGA. The properties of resin solusion and impregnated cloth and the mechanical and electric properties of the laminate were tested. The result showed that the BBZ had good thermal stability. The PBBZ had excellent heat decomposition stability. The glass transition temperature of it was 183 ℃. The 5% weight loss temperature was 423 ℃ and char yield at 800 ℃ was 65%. The boron - modified benzoxazine laminate had good thermal retention (74.5% at 180 ℃ and 58.9% at 200℃ ) and the scale of burning of it was in the rank of V -0 and it also had good electric and mechanical property.
