摘要
目的评估采样和检测过程各操作步骤对测定结果的影响。方法先根据测定方法建立不确定度的数学模型,然后逐一对不确定度的分量进行计算。结果相对标准不确定度ur(Bs)=0.030、ur(A-A0)=0.016、ur(V0)=0.029、ur(VL)=0.010,合成相对标准不确定度urc(C)=0.046。结论本法的不确定度主要来源于采样流量、标准溶液的配制和色谱检测的峰面积。
Purpose: Evaluating the sample and test procedure for the test result. Method: Mathematical mode is built according to the test method firstly, and uncertainty components are calculated one by one. Results: relative standard uncertainty are ur(Bs)=0.030, ur(A -A 0)= 0.016,ur(V0)=0.029,ur(VL)=0.010, and combines standard uncertainty is urc(C)=0.046. Conclusion: Uncertainty of this method are mainly from the sample flow, standard solution and test peak area.
