摘要
运用柱层析和制备高效液相色谱技术,从中国南海软珊瑚Sinularia sp.中分离得到了3个西松烷二萜和2个甾醇成分。利用1D NMR、2D NMR(1H-1HCOSY,HMQC,HMBC)和ESI-MS手段,鉴定它们的结构分别为(1S,2R)-西-松3E,7E,11E,15(17)-四-烯16,2-内酯(1);(1S,2R,7S,8R,11S)-7-乙酰氧基-8,11-环二氧-西松-3E,12E,15(17)?三-烯16,2-内酯(2);(12S,13S)-12,13-环氧-西松-4E,7E,15(17)-三-烯16,2-内酯(3);胆甾-5-烯-3β-醇(4);5,α8α-环二氧-麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(5)。化合物(2),(3)显示中等的细胞毒活性。
Three cembraniod diterpenes,(1S,2R)cembr-3E,7E,11E,15(17)-teteraen-16,2-olide(1);(1S,2R,7S,8R,11S)-7-acetyloxy-8,11-epdioxy-cembr-3E,12E,15(17)-trien-16,2-olide(2);(12S,13S)-12,13-epoxy-cembr-4E,7E,15(17)-trien-16,2-olide(3) and two sterols,cholest-5-en-3β-ol(4);5α,8α-epodioxy-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol(5),were isolated from the soft coral Sinularia sp.by repeatedly silicagel chromatography.Their structures were identified by extensive spectroscopic analysis together with the literatures.Compounds(2) and(3) showed moderate cytotoxic activity against the selected tumor lines P-388 and BEL-7402.
