摘要
以新型液柱塔的实验装置为研究对象,利用计算流体力学通用软件对其内部气体流场进行模拟,气流湍流由k-ε模型描述,预测了不同进气方式下的气相湍流流场分布及沿塔高方向不同截面上的气速分布。模拟结果表明,不同的进气口形式对气速分布影响很大,可通过改进进气口结构对塔内气流分布进行优化。模拟得到了最佳进气口形式:开口窄边弦径比d1/D=0.3,宽边弦径比d2/D=1。
A three-dimension computational fluid dynamics(CFD) study of the gas in the new style spray tower is presented.The gas flow field was described using standard k-ε turbulence model.For different gas inlet types,the gas velocity profiles along the tower height were predicted using CFD simulation.It showed that the gas velocity distribution was affected greatly by the inlet structures of the gas.The gas velocity distribution can be optimized using improving arrangement of the gas inlet.The optimal shape of gas inlet:d1/D=0.3,d2/D=1
