摘要 创伤性脑损伤后继发性损伤因素可导致神经细胞凋亡的发生,凋亡是脑损伤后脑细胞死亡的重要原因,凋亡相关基因的研究是解决细胞凋亡机制根本,该凋亡过程受bcl-2,caspase,p53,以及早期反应基因等调控,凋亡对脑损伤预后有重要地作用,通过主动对基因调控进行干预,抑制脑细胞凋亡,从而达到脑保护的作用。 Secondary injury factors could cause nerve cell apoptotic after traumatic brain injury, cell apoptbtic is important reason which contributes to brain cell death. Relevant research of gene to solve cell apoptotic is ultimately mechanism, this process is regulated by bcl - 2, caspase, p53, immediate early genes and others genes. Apoptotic have important function on the prognosis of traumatic brain injury. Through initiative intervention gene regulation and depress nerve cell apoptotic, thus reach the protective function of the brain.
