单晶叶片铸造过程中界面换热系数的确定 被引量:14

摘要 为有效提高铸造数值模拟的准确性,以单晶空心涡轮叶片为典型件,设计试验方案,采用钨铼热电偶进行温度场数据采集工作。通过实测温度场、数值模拟温度场与界面换热系数反向求解相结合的方法,得出界面间换热系数随时间变化的经验公式。通过逆运算,得到较为精确的涡轮叶片铸造过程界面换热值。结果表明,铸造过程数值模拟精度得到了有效提高。 To effectively improve the accuracy of the casting numerical simulation, using experimental-scheme designed on the typical part of the single crystal hollow turbine blade, the temperature field data were gathered using the W-Re thermocouples. The empirical formula that IHTC (interfacial heat transfer coefficient) changing with time was figured out by manner of the measured data, the FEM (finite-element method) numerical simulation data and the inverse computing of the interfacial heat transfer coefficient. Using the inverse method the more accurate value of IHTC was gained. The results show that the accuracy of the numerical simulation for casting process is effectively improved.
