摘要
数字化服务由于其自助式的特点,淡化了用户和馆员之间的关系。在这种情况下人文管理显得尤为重要。本文探讨了图书馆数字化服务人文管理内涵,并分析了当前图书馆人文管理的现状,查找了存在的问题,给出自己对于图书馆数字化服务人文管理优化的策略。
Digital service desalts the relationship between the users and the librarians because of its self- service. At this situation humane management seems to be particularly important. This paper discusses the meaning of the humane management of the digital service of library. On analyzing the actuality and problems of humane management, provide the optimizing strategy of the humane management of the digital service of library.
