外用盐酸氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗男性尿道尖锐湿疣疗效观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察外用盐酸氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗男性尿道尖锐湿疣的疗效及不良反应。方法采用随机、CO2激光平行对照的方法,分为光动力治疗组和CO2激光对照组,疗程最多3周。末次治疗后第1周进行疗效评价,第4、8和12周观察复发率及不良反应。结果共入组尖锐湿疣患者60例(治疗组30例,对照组30例)。在末次治疗后第1周,治疗组和对照组的疣体清除率为93.33%和100%(P>0.05),疣体复发率在治疗组和对照组分别为7.14%和36.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组局部不良反应发生率为23.33%,主要为轻度糜烂;对照组53.33%,主要为溃疡、疼痛、瘢痕。治疗组不良反应轻微,发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论ALA-PDT疗法治疗尿道尖锐湿疣治愈率高,复发率低,不良反应少。
