摘要
主诊医师负责制是在国外医院普遍使用的一种医疗服务模式,对于国内医院而言是一种较新的医疗服务模式,它是对传统医疗运作模式的一种挑战。改革传统的科主任领导下三级医师负责制的医疗服务模式,推行的新型服务模式,有利于引进竞争机制、调动各级医务人员积极性,提高工作效率;满足病人选医生的需求,增强病人对医生的信任感,密切医患关系,从而带动医院整体效益的提高,提升医院的核心竞争力。
At present the severe problem hospital generally faced is how to improve the core competitive strength of hospital and keep the advantage in competition. The overall responsibility of diagnostician is a general mode of medical service in overseas hospitals. It is not only a new pattern for domestic hospitals, but also a challenge for traditional medical process mode. It is good to reform the medical service pattern of traditional three levels physician responsibility which was led by director and to practice new type of medical mode. It will bring benefit to introducing competitive mechanism, encouraging the activeness of all staff, improving work efficiency, satisfying the requirement of choosing doctor for patients, increasing the confidence of patients toward doctors and enhancing doctor--patient relationship. Furthermore, it also enlarges the overall benefit and improves the core competitive strength of hospital.
