摘要
针对干熄焦余热锅炉炉内省煤器传热特点,建立描述其内部传热的简化数学物理模型,并应用该模型对一台63.2t/h的干熄焦余热锅炉炉内省煤器烟气和蒸汽温度分布进行模拟,计算结果与实际运行过程具有较好的一致性,在此基础上分析了省煤器内部不同腐蚀及磨损情况对换热量分配的影响,并得出干熄焦余热锅炉省煤器内传热特性的研究结论。
In allusion to the heat transfer characteristic of economizer in the coke drying quenching boiler( CDQ), simplified physical and mathematical model is established to describe heat transfer. Then flue and steam's temperature of the economizer in a CDQ with 63.2 t/h loads are simulated, the calculation results show agreement with the measured figures, and heat transfer amount on portrait tube range of tube bundle is calculated, then distribution change of overall heat transfer amount is analyzed. Finally the paper analyzes influence of different corrosion and wear and tear in economizer on distribution change of overall heat transfer amount using the model .
