摘要
磁共振弥散加权成像(MR-DWI)依靠不同组织间水分子弥散的差异性,提供一种不同于常规T1和T2加权像的新的成像对比。该技术在超早期脑缺血的定性和定位诊断作用已被肯定,并已逐渐应用于其他系统的疾病诊断。然而,DWI在头颈部病变中的应用目前仍处于初步探索阶段。本文将对MR-DWI在头颈部疾病中的研究和临床应用现状进行综述。
Magnetic resonance (MR) diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) is a specific MR imaging modality,which is different from conventional T 1-weighted imaging and T 2-weighted imaging. MR-DWI produces in vivo MR images of biological tissues weighted with the local characteristics of water diffusion. The clinical evaluations of MR-DWI have been established in the diagnosis of acute stroke. Recently,this technology has also been applied to detect the conditions of whole body. However,the studies with this technology in head and neck diseases are still at the preliminary stage. In this article,the research advances and clinical applications of MR-DWI in head and neck lesions are reviewed.
