显微镜下Cage植入椎弓根钉内固定及植骨融合治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症 被引量：9

摘要 目的探讨Cage植入柞弓根内嘲定及横突间植骨融合治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症的疗效。方法应用Cage植入椎弓根内固定柞间及后外侧植骨融合治疗腰椎滑脱症30例，随访观察患者的症状，应用JOA评分，融合率及椎间隙高度的变化。结果30例均获得随访，时间为1～4年。对其术前、术后即时及末次随访时椎间隙高度比较，前两者有统计学意义，后两者无统学意义；根据JOA评分，术前术后有明显改善。兀感染及神经根损伤等并发症。结论治疗退变性腰椎滑脱症行Cage植入椎弓根内固定椎间及横突间植骨融合是一种安伞有效的方法。
