摘要
将传统的炉料内堆角公式进行修正,此公式更符合高炉布料的实际;将上次布料的料面形状作为下次布料的初始料面,减小了初始料面对模拟结果的影响。模型可以模拟每一个布料角度(环位)的布料情况,清楚地模拟出布料矩阵改变时的料面形状,模型还实时显示最近3批料的矿焦比曲线,为程序的收敛性提供了验证,并为高炉操作提供了重要的依据。用本模型模拟的料面形状与开炉前实测料面形状基本吻合。
The traditional inside stack angle was corrected, and the last charge surface shape was used as initial charge surface shape for next charging to reduce the effect of initial charge surface shape on simulation result. This model can simulate charge surface shape at any angle. The real time ore coke ratio for last three batches could be shown for verification of convergence and BF operation. The mathematical model more truly reflects the charge surface shape in BF.
