摘要
针对西北黄牛皮质量较差，毛根不易脱除，颈皱不易打开的问题，采用盐调节、酶浸水、酶浸灰等技术可彻底脱除毛根，打开颈皱，增大革的面积产率。用此方法生产出的蓝湿革适合于制造中高档服装革、沙发革及软鞋面革。
Based on the difficulty of the hair roots to remove and the neck wrinkles to flat of the northwest cattlehide during the process from raw material to wetblue, salt-conditioning, enzyme-soaking and enzyme-liming were employed can solve the problems. The wetblue produced by the new process is suitable to garment leather, sofa leather and soft upper leather.
