摘要
分析用三针法测量螺纹中径，存在的原理误差。文中考虑螺纹升角的影响，推导出提高测量中径精确度。
In this paper the theory errors of the pitch diameter measurement by three pins method and the offect of lead angle were discussed.The method of selecting suitable three pin size and the improvable accuraly of pitch diameter measurement were developed.
