白桦半同胞子代生长及木材纤维性状变异分析 被引量:13

摘要 测定了同一白桦强化种子园中帽儿山、清源、桓仁、乌伊岭、小北湖、东方红和辉南8个种源的36个半同胞家系的树高、胸径两个生长性状和纤维长宽比、综纤维素含量两个木材纤维性状,并运用SPSS软件进行了方差分析,以及在性状差异显著的基础上与地理气候因子进行了相关性分析。结果表明:虽然将8个种源的白桦优树栽种于同一个种子园内,各优树间是开放性授粉,但白桦强化种子园子代受母本影响较大,各种源子代的树高、胸径、纤维长宽比和综纤维素含量的差异达到了极显著水平;树高、胸径与经、纬度呈负相关关系,其中与经度的相关性达到了显著水平;纤维长宽比和综纤维素含量与纬度呈负相关,与经度呈正相关;纤维长宽比和综纤维素含量与树高、胸径呈负相关。利用隶属函数法选择桓仁、东方红、清源种源为优良种源;选择18号、32号、06号、22号、26号、34号、27号、13号、02号、10号、31号、04号、21号等家系为优良家系。 An experiment was conducted to study the height, DBH, ratio of fiber length to width and holoeellulose mass fraction of Betula plat)phylla seedlings of 36 half-sib families of Maoershan, Qingyuan, Huanren, Wuyiling, Xiaobeihu, Liangshui, Dongfanghong and Hninan provenances from the same enhanced seed orchard. The variance analysis was made with SPSS software and the correlations with geographic and climatic factors were also analysed on the basis of significant variations. Ahhough the plus trees of 8 provenances in the same enhanced seed orchard were open pollination, the influences of female parent to progeny were significant. There were significant variations in height, DBH, ratio of fiber length to width and holocellulose mass fraction of the progeny from different provenances. Height and DBH of progeny were negative correlated with longitude and latitude, and there were significant variations with longitude. Ratio of fiber length to width and holocellulose mass fraction of the progeny were negative correlated with latitude and positive with longitude, and negative correlated with height and DBH. Huanren, Dongfanghong and Qingyuan are excellent provenances by subordinate function values, and No. 18, 32, 06, 22, 26, 34, 27, 13, 02, 10, 31,04, 21 are excellent families.
