摘要
在固定床中以玉米秸秆为原料采用二氧化碳活化制备活性炭,并以活性炭为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2/AC复合催化剂,通过光催化降解甲基橙对其光催化活性进行研究。正交实验表明:当二氧化碳流量500mL.min-1、活化温度800℃、活化时间40min时,制备的活性炭负载TiO2光催化性能最好,甲基橙降解率高达98.4%;采用XRD和SEM表征最佳工艺制得的TiO2/AC,发现TiO2/AC为锐钛矿型,粒径约为12nm。
Activated carbon from corn stalk was made by CO2 activation. Photocatalyst of TiO2 - coated activated carbon (TiO2/AC) was prepared via the sol -gel method. The photocatalytic property was studied on degradation of methyl orange. The orthogonal experimental results showed that the optimal conditions were the flow rate of CO2 of 500mL · min^-1, the activating temperature of 800 ℃ and the activating time of 40 min. The maximal degradation efficiency for methyl orange was up to 98.4%. The products obtained under the optimal conditions were characterized by XRD, SEM. It was found that the crystal structure of TiO2/AC was anatase, the average particle size was about 12 nm.
