摘要
在浅层稠油蒸汽吞吐生产过程中,为了提高注蒸汽效果,要采用注蒸汽和抽油一体化技术,技术的核心是注采泵的设计。介绍了液压反馈式、长柱塞式、打捞固定阀式、环流式、串联式5种注采泵的结构、工作原理及注采状态的实现方式和特点,分析了这些泵在结构设计上的缺陷以及在现场应用中可能出现的问题。
In the cyclic injection and production of shallow heavy oil well, the integrated steam injection and oil pumping technique is an important measure to enhance the steam injection efficiency, in which the core technique is the design of injection-production pump. The structure, working principle, the working process and features of the injection and production condition are illustrated, including the pump types, like hydraulic feedback, long plunger, fishing standing valve, circumfluent, tandem. The defects of structural design of these pumps and the problems occurring in application were analyzed in detail.
