摘要
在含H2S的天然气储层的开采过程中,钻具时常会发生H2S应力腐蚀,出现钻具脆性断裂失效事故,对钻具的安全性造成严重威胁。通过对一起失效钻杆的断口宏观形貌、金相组织、化学成分、断口微观形貌和力学性能进行全面的试验分析,结合钻杆的使用环境,判定钻杆失效为H2S应力腐蚀开裂,并提出了预防钻杆失效的建议和措施。
During the exploitation of the natural gas reservoir recently, the hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion to drill tools took place occasionally, which resulted in the brittle fracture failure accident of drill tools and serious threat to the safe of drilling tools. Through the comprehensive analysis on fracture surface macroscopic feature, microstructure, chemical composition, fracture surface microscopic feature, mechanical properties and the use condition of one fracture failure drill pipe. A conclusion was made that the failure cause of the drill pipe was hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion and suggestions and measures for prevention congener failure were put forward.
