摘要
目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定救尔心胶囊中三七皂苷R_1含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamond C_(18)(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(20:80),检测波长203nm,温度40℃,流速1.0ml·min^(-1)。结果:三七皂苷R_1在0.02～0.22 mg·ml^(-1)范围内线性良好(r=1.0000),平均回收率为98.4%,RSD=1.47%。结论:本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective： To determine Notoginsenoside Rl in Jiuerxin capsule by HPLC. Method： A Diamond-C18 column（ 150mm ×4.6mm, 5 μm）was used with the mobile phase containing acetonitrile-water （20： 80）. The wavelength of detector was set at 203 rim. The flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1 and the column termerature was 40℃. Result： The calibration curves were linear within the range of 0.02 -0.22 mg·ml^-1 for notoginsenoside R1 （r = 1. 000 0） and the recovery of notoginsenoside R1 was 98.4%, RSD = 1.47%. Conclusion： The method is accurate and simple with good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Jiuerxin capsule.
