两种给药方案预防胆道手术切口感染效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察两种给药方案预防胆道手术切口感染效果。方法:2006年6月至2007年12月我院胆道感染并行择期手术162例,全部病例术前应用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦+克林霉素治疗4d以上,治疗组82例,术前30min给予一剂量头孢呋辛2g ,ivd;对照组80例,术前不应用抗菌药物预防感染。结果:治疗组3例发生感染,感染率3.65%,切口愈合平均时间7.8d;对照组2例发生感染,感染率2.56%,切口愈合平均时间7.6d,两组比较,P>0.05,无统计学差异。结论:术前应用抗菌药物治疗4天以上的胆道感染手术患者不需再用抗生素预防切口感染。 Objective: To Observe the effect of two medication schemes on prevention of postoperative incision infection for biliary tract. Method: One Hundred and sixty two patients with biliary tract infection were operated from June 2006 - Dec 2007 in our hospital. All patients treated with cefoperazone sulbactam and clindamycin more than four days before operation. Eighty two cases treated with Cefuroxime 2g ,30min before operation and 80 cases did not treat with antibiotics to prevantion postoperative incision infection before operation. Result: Three cases were occurred infection of the incision in the treatment group, the infection rates were 3.65%, the average healing of the incision infection were 7.8 days. Two cases occurred infection of incision in the control qroup, the infection rates were 2.56%, the average healing of the incision infection were 7.6 days. There were no statistical difference between two groups. Conclusion : The patients of biliary tract infection who have treated with antibiotics more than 4 days, it need not treat with antibiotics to prevent incision infection before operation.
