摘要
地方文献具有很高的社会价值,它的收集与利用,对本地区的政治、经济、文化影响极大。因此,本文着重从三个方面论述了如何收集与利用地方文献。
Locality literature has high society value and its collection and utilization will affect the polity, economy and culture. This paper states how to eollect and utilize them from three aspeets.
