摘要
目的：评价β１受体阻滞剂比索洛尔的降压作用。方法：本研究１９７例轻、中度高血压病患者随机、平行分为比索洛尔组和美托洛尔组。比索洛尔５～１０ｍｇ／ｄ；美托洛尔１００ｍｇ／ｄ，每日一次。疗程６周。两组均在治疗前及治疗终结后分别进行偶测血压，２４ｈ动态血压检查。结果：两药的降压有效率无明显差异，但比索洛尔控制２４ｈ血压明显较美托洛尔为优且对血糖、血脂、血尿酸无不良影响。不良反应的发生率比索洛尔较美托洛尔低。结论：比索洛尔是一安全、有效的降压药。
bjective: To evaluate the antihypertensive effect of β1—receptor blocking agent bisoprolol.Method: 197 mild and moderate hypertensive patients were randomly,Parallel devided into bisoprololtreatment group and metoprololtreatment group.The daily does of bisoprolol was 5 mg to 10mg ,and was 100mg with metoprolol.Both drugs were given once daily.The treatment lasted for 6 weeks.Both groups underwent casual blood pressure ,24 ambulatory blood pressure examination before and after treatment.Result: Both drugs had same effects on blood pressure reduction,while bisoprolol was obviously better than metoprolol in controlling 24hour blood pressure without side effects on blood suger,lipid and uric acid.A lower incidence of adverse effects was observed in bisoprolol group.Conclusion:The data suggested that bisoprolol is a safe and effective antihypertensive agent.
