摘要
目的：为探讨铜离子单向直流电解术加内服中药治疗静脉畸形的机理及临床疗效。方法：随机分为二组.以中西结合方法治疗静脉畸形30例（治疗组）与单用电解术治疗30例（对照组）作临床疗效与病理切片的对比观察。结果：两组创面愈合时间治疗组较对照组为短，（P＜0.05），病理切片提示，治疗组标本DVA含量的光密度较对照组增高.面积及形状较对照组缩小，说明瘤体实变加快.病程缩短，P＜0.05。结论：该方法为治疗静脉畸形开辟了新的治疗途径，且方法简单，远期疗效可靠。
?To explore the mechanism and clinical effect of treating venous deformation by using the electrolysis of Cu++ one way direct current combining herbs. Mothods: The cases were divided into two groups at random, 30 of them were treated by traditional chinese and western medicine(treated group).30 cases were treated by electrolysis (control led group).Clinical and histopathology were observed in two groups. Results：Compared with control group，It was demonstrated that the wound in treated group was healed faster(P<0.05)and light dense of DVA concentration was hight，The area and shape of the tumor in treated become smalled. It means the tumor solify faster and shorten the course (P<0.05).Conclusion：This method is easily operated and has an excellent result.This is a new way to treat venous deformation.
