10个紫花苜蓿品种光合特性的比较 被引量:32

摘要 在自然条件下,以Li-6400光合仪测定了10种紫花苜蓿叶片光合特征并对其进行比较。结果表明,10种紫花苜蓿的叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、水分利用效率和气孔限制值,品种间差异达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。Vernal、中苜1号和Dona Aan的水分利用效率高达4.0μmolCO2/m2.s以上,较其他品种更适宜在干旱地区生长。聚类结果将10种紫花苜蓿品种划分为3类:光合特性较优的品种为Pioneer5446、CUF101、Legend和Pierce;光合特性一般的品种为Maverick、Dona Aan、Vernal和中苜1号;光合特性差的品种为Archer、ABI700。 The photosynthetic characteristics of 10 alfalfa cultivars were determined under field condition. The results showed that there were significant differences(P〈0.01) in the net photosynthetic rate(Pn), transpiration rate(Tr), stomata conductance(Gs), stomata limit value(Ls), water use efficiency(WUE) among 10 alfalfa cultivars. WUE of Vernal, Zhongmu No. 1 and Dona Aan was more than 4. 0μmolCO2/m^2·s, Which can be adapted to arid area. According to the results from clustering analysis, 10 alfalfa cultivars were classified into three groups. Pioneer5446, CUF101, Legend and Pierce were excellent in photosynthesis characteristics; Maverick, Dona Aan, Vernal and Zhongmu No. 1 were general in photosynthesis characteristics; Archer and ABI700 were poor in photosynthesis characteristics.
