摘要
通过不同凋萎程度、不同添加剂青贮串叶松香草,以探讨凋萎程度和添加剂对串叶松香草青贮品质和营养价值的影响。结果表明:串叶松香草鲜贮效果较差,而凋萎4h后青贮感官品质优良,且粗蛋白质和乳酸含量较高,挥发性脂肪酸和氨态氮较低,与对照相比差异显著(P<0.05);同一凋萎程度下,添加蔗糖青贮氨态氮含量较高,粗蛋白质较低,发酵品质下降;而添加甲酸后其pH值、氨态氮和挥发性脂肪酸较低,粗蛋白质含量较高。凋萎4h后添加甲酸可获得优质青贮饲料。
The effects of wilting degree and additives on quality and nutritive value of Perfoliate Rosinweed silage were studied. The results showed that the silage quality of fresh Perfoliate Rosinweed was dissatisfactory, but the silage quality of Perfoliate Rosinweed wilting for four hours were excellent, and the content of CP, WSC was higher and the VFA, NH3 --N was lower, the difference was significant (P〈0.05) compared with the control. In the same wilting degree, the effect of adding formic acid was better than the effect of adding sucrose. So the quality of Perfoliate Rosinweed silage could be improved and good quality silage can be got when Perfoliate Rosinweed was ensiled after wilting for four hours and the formic acid was added.
