摘要
从腹泻死亡貉病例中分离到2株(No1,No2)能产生一种新型菌毛抗原(暂定名:F1987)的大肠杆菌。该新型菌毛在菌体上生长致密、长短不一,直径为3.636nm,同时有性菌毛形成(直径4.2nm)。该菌毛在Minca培养基上37℃培养能良好表达,具有能稳定地凝集人及貂红细胞的特定血凝谱,血凝作用可被相应抗血清所抑制。菌毛蛋白质的分子量为19100,等电点为3.0,含有天门冬氨酸等16种氨基酸。用凝集反应、沉淀反应、标记抗体技术等血清学反应能有效地检验该新型菌毛抗原。产生该新型菌毛抗原相应菌株的菌体抗原为O23群,能产生肠毒素,人工感染能引起本动物貉发病。
Two strains of E. coli (No1, No2) produced one newtype fimbrial antigen (F1987) were isolated from a racoon dog died of diarrhea. Pilus (=3.636 nm) on thallus surface appeared dense and different in length. Furthermore, sex fimbria (=4.2 nm) was observed. The pilus revealed a good growth in Minca medium at 37℃ with a special blood coagulation spectrum formed by agglutinating RBC of human and racoon dog. The agglutination reaction could be inhibited by its antiserum. The molecular weight of the fimbrial protein was measured to be 19 100, the P1 of 3.0 and 16 amino acids contained. The new type fimbrial antigen could be detected by the various serum reaction. The strain could produce enterotoxin and induce infection of racoon dog and its O antigen was identified to be O23.
