摘要
目的:某些食品特别是酱油中成分复杂,甜蜜素分离度不好,给测定结果造成了一定的误差。由于毛细管柱比填充柱的分离效果好,所以在国家方法的基础上进行改进。方法:采用HP-5毛细管柱进行分离,使用氢火焰离子化检测器进行检测。结果:本法线性范围内相关系数r=0.9999,回收率91.6%~96.6%,RSD0.77%~1.76%,方法的最低检出限为2.5 mg/kg。结论:本法精密度和准确度高,分离度好,能很好地避免样品中各种成分的干扰。
Objective:Some food composition complicacy,especially sauce,separate degree of sodium cyclamate is not good,result in the certain error margin in measurement result.Because of capillary pillar has better separation result than the filled pillar,therefore go forward an improvement in the foundation of the national method.Methods:Adoption HP-5 capillary pillar proceeds separate,and use hydrogen flames detector to examination.Results:Use this method line range related coefficient r=0.9999,recovery rate is 91.6%~96.6%,RSD 0.77%~1.76%,and lowest examination content is 2.5 mg/kg.Conclusion:Using this method,you can get high sophistication,accurate degree and separate degree,you can also will nicely avoid every kind of interference inside the sample.
