摘要
目的:了解我国果酒及配制酒(露酒)产品质量状况,为实施果露酒国家标准的完善与修订提供科学依据。方法:从2004年至2008年,共对全国18个省的果酒及配制酒(露酒)产品质量状况进行国家监督抽查,按照《产品质量监督抽查实施规范》要求进行检验并评价分析。结果:连续5年的国家监督抽检促进了果酒及配制酒(露酒)行业产品结构的调整,产品质量有了明显提高,2004年果酒及配制酒(露酒)产品质量的合格率仅为23.1%,2008年合格率上升至75.0%,但是果酒及配制酒(露酒)产品质量仍然存在不少问题。结论:建议制修订果酒及露酒国家标准,规范企业标准的管理,加强监管并保护有地方特色的品牌,推动我国果酒及配制酒(露酒)行业发展。
Objective:To understand the quality products and provide scientific basis for the implementation and amendment of the national standards of wine and liquor preparation(liqueur).Methods:From 2004 to 2008,the samples of wine and liquor preparation(liqueur) among 18 provinces were collected and tested according to the standards manual of "Product Quality Supervision and implementation of the Normals".Results:The results suggested that the product quality of wine and liquor preparation(liqueur) has significantly improved by four consecutive years of supervision.The product qualitys rate was only 23.1 % in 2004,and it rose to 75.0% in 2008.But many problems remained.Conclusion:It is necessary to revise national standards for wine and liqueur and standarded norms of corporate management.It is proposed to strengthen supervision and protection of the local characteristics of the brand for development of the industry.
