摘要
利用FANUC0i数控系统,对润滑部分的电气控制进行了改进设计,使机床在处于加工、暂停等不同工作状态下对润滑控制采用不同的处理方式,以利节约油料;另外,重新设计了润滑报警信号的控制回路,尽可能减少停机时间。
